Is it necessary to pre-book admission tickets?
No, we highly recommend purchasing your tickets directly at the museum's information desk. Only card payment are accepted.

Do you arrange any activities in English & is it necessary to prebook them?
Yes, For activities in languages other than swedish visit Nationalmuseum activities and guided tours. Pre-booking not required.

How do I cancel/rebook my booking?
Follow the instructions on Nationalmuseum booking page to cancel your booking. To make a new booking, you first need to cancel your current ticket. After the cancellation, you will receive a voucher code that you can use to make a new reservation.

How do I cancel part of my booking?
Partial cancellations are not possible. The entire booking must be cancelled.
